胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚弱证慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及对血清胃泌素的影响

Clinical effect of Weifuchun capsule combined with omeprazole on chronic superficial gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome and its influence on serum gastrin

摘要:

目的 探讨胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚弱证慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及对血清胃泌素的影响。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年10月在天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的脾胃虚弱证慢性浅表性胃炎患者50例，应用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组（n=25）采用奥美拉唑治疗，观察组（n=25）采用胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗。对比两组治疗结果。结果 观察组临床治疗有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组幽门螺旋杆菌阳性率为12.00%，低于对照组的28.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的血清胃泌素水平为（147.89±15.98）ng/L，高于对照组的（121.72±11.29）ng/L（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的中医证候评分分别为（0.73±0.17）分、（0.62±0.16）分、（0.42±0.14）分、（0.32±0.11）分、（0.19±0.07）分，均低于对照组的（1.23±0.31）分、（1.18±0.29）分、（0.92±0.26）分、（0.63±0.24）分、（0.66±0.13）分，存在显著的统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚弱证慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效确切，且可有效促进血清胃泌素恢复至正常，有效改善患者的临床症状，促进患者康复。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Weichun capsule combined with omeprazole in the clinical treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome, and to summarize the effect of the drug combination on serum gastrin.Methods Fifty patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome who received treatment at Zhongshanmen Street Community Health Service Center in Hedong District, Tianjin from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group (n=25) was treated with omeprazole, while the observation group (n=25) was treated with Weifuchun capsules combined with omeprazole. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P＜0.05). The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 12.00%, which was lower than that of the control group (28.00%, P＜0.05). The serum gastrin level of the observation group after treatment was (147.89±15.98) ng/L, which was higher than that of the control group (121.72±11.29) ng/L (P＜0.05). The traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores of the observation group were (0.73±0.17) points, (0.62±0.16) points, (0.42±0.14) points, (0.32±0.11) points, and (0.19±0.07) points, respectively, which were all lower than those of the control group 〔(1.23±0.31) points, (1.18±0.29) points, (0.92±0.26) points, (0.63±0.24) points, and (0.66±0.13) points〕, and there was significant statistical difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Weifuchun capsule combined with omeprazole has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome, and can effectively promote the return of serum gastrin to normal, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and promote the recovery of patients.
