阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合金振口服液对支气管肺炎患儿炎性因子水平及肺功能的影响

Effect of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granule combined with Jinzhen oral liquid on the level of inflammatory factors and lung function in children with bronchial pneumonia

摘要:

目的 探讨支气管肺炎（BP）患儿采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合金振口服液治疗的效果。方法 将2021年1月至2023年1月抚州市妇幼保健院收治的BP患儿80例采用随机数字表法分为2组，各40例，对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒治疗，观察组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合金振口服液治疗，两组均治疗7 d。比较两组症状消失时间、炎症因子及肺功能。结果 观察组退热时间〔（2.20±0.49）d〕及肺啰音〔（4.20±0.59）d〕、咳嗽〔（3.70±0.57）d〕、喘息消失时间〔（3.50±0.57）d〕均比对照组〔（3.45±0.59）d、（5.88±0.71）d、（5.37±0.69）d、（5.26±0.68）d〕短（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平及呼吸频率（RR）、呼吸时间比（Ti/Te）均比治疗前低，且观察组更低，两组潮气量（VT）均比治疗前高，且观察组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 BP患儿采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合金振口服液治疗可调节炎症因子，改善肺功能及临床症状。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granule combined with Jinzhen oral liquid in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia (BP).Methods A total of 80 children with BP admitted to Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granules. The observation group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granules combined with Jinzhen oral liquid. Both groups were treated for 7 days. Symptom resolution time, inflammatory factors and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The time of fever reduction 〔(2.20±0.49) d 〕, pulmonary rale 〔(4.20±0.59) d 〕, cough 〔(3.70±0.57) d 〕 and wheezing disappearance 〔(3.50±0.57) d 〕 in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group 〔(3.45±0.59) d, (5.88±0.71) d, (5.37±0.69) d, (5.26±0.68) d 〕, respectively (P＜0.05); After treatment, the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), respiratory rate (RR) and respiratory time ratio (Ti/Te) in two groups were lower than those of before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, respectively; and the tidal volume (VT) in two groups were higher than those of before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, respectively (P＜0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granule combined with Jinzhen oral liquid can regulate inflammatory factors and improve lung function and clinical symptoms in BP children.
